Roadtrip 2014: Vancouver - Yakima - Boise - Provo - Flagstaff - Tucson - Palm Springs - Paso Robles - Sacramento - Eureka - Bandon - Seaside - Vancouver

Day 48 - Sacramento

Frank Fats Chinese really is a hole in the wall - and a 50 year old Sacramento legend.

Parking is no worries on a Sunday - lots of space to noodle around by bike.

Parking lot with a view.

Back side Sac - a city of many contrasts..

Just for Mar - this Christmas store in Old Town Sac is jammed to the rafters with every imaginable decor item you'll ever need. On second thought, best not to tell Mar about it.

The latest game in Sacramento. It's a little like musical chairs. But it confuses the tourists.

Working to get Christmas on line.

Sacramento gets in on the fracking craze. It seems a little crazy, given the San Andreas fault is just over there.

Chinese-made tardis knockoffs are popping up all over. Literally.

Not sure what's up today - but there are portrait photo shoots happening all over Sac.

Fall colour and Palm trees - all sleeping together.

Capitol Park in downtown Sac.

The Golden Temple.

Just for Maya.

Sac has doen a fabulous job preserving neon. Way to go Sac.

Some tings gots dat shine.

Dat shine tis britess in da ballroom. Never go into the ballroom.
